Welcome to Graffiti Xchange. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Read them. Know them. They're here to keep things straight between us.

1. About Us

Graffiti Xchange is operated by Jude Odin, United Kingdom. We sell print-on-demand urban streetwear and apparel via our online store. Our store is powered by Shopify Inc.

2. Eligibility

By using our store, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age (or have parental consent if under 18) and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Products

All our products are made to order via print-on-demand. We take great care in the design and quality of every product, but as each item is produced on demand, slight variations in colour, placement and finish may occur. Product images on our site are representative and may differ slightly from the final product.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or adjust pricing at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) for UK customers. International customers will see prices in their local currency at checkout. Prices include applicable VAT where required. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure payment processors. We do not store your card details.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This is not acceptance of your order — it's confirmation we've received it. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners Printful and Gelato. Shipping times and rates are detailed in our Shipping Policy. We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days of order placement. Graffiti Xchange is not responsible for delays caused by our fulfilment partners or postal carriers.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy is set out separately and forms part of these Terms of Service. As our products are made to order, we operate a strict but fair returns process. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Graffiti Xchange website, including designs, graphics, logos, text and images, is the intellectual property of Graffiti Xchange or our licensed designers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission. Our brand name, logo and designs are protected. Don't bite our style without asking.

9. User Conduct

When using our site, you agree not to: engage in any unlawful activity; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; submit false information; infringe on the rights of others; or use our site in any way that could damage our reputation or business.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Graffiti Xchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order to which the claim relates.
